Is there a payment plan option for retreats?

Yes! We offer an affordable, interest-free way to pay for your retreat:

  • Down Payment: A non-refundable deposit of 30% is required to secure your enrollment.

  • Monthly Payments: Following the down payment, equal monthly payments will be calculated and due until the total amount is paid in full.

  • Balance Due: The remaining balance must be settled by September 14th, 2025.

This structured payment plan is designed to support your journey while ensuring your commitment to your personal growth and exploration.

What is not included in retreat pricing?

Retreats encompass a multitude of invaluable elements! Your stay includes a stunning beachfront hotel room, all meals prepared on location, healing sessions, rejuvenating massages, daily yoga practices, and convenient airport transfers, all designed to elevate your experience.

You will be responsible for booking your flights, as well as any off-site meals, personal shopping, and additional expenses that may arise from itinerary modifications you choose to make.

Visa & Passport Requirements for International Travel

We have travelers join our retreats from all over the world, each bringing their unique perspectives and experiences. As a traveler from your specific departure location, you are solely responsible for ensuring the travel visa and passport requirements for the entirety of your trip. Please note that passports with less than 6 months remaining before expiration are not valid for international travel, so it is essential to check this important detail well in advance.

What happens if I need to cancel or change my trip?

Plans Change and Cancellation Policy

We understand that life is unpredictable, and plans can change unexpectedly. Our policy reflects this understanding. If you need to cancel your trip prior to September 14th, 2025, we are able to offer a partial refund. After this date, please note that cancellations become non-refundable.

For those who choose the payment plan option, please be aware that the initial down payment is non-refundable. To safeguard your investment in case of unforeseen circumstances, we highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover any lost travel funds. Look into the options available to ensure peace of mind as you embark on your journey.

Accounting - FAQs

Do you offer flat monthly rates for accounting?

Yes! We offer an affordable flat rate for monthly accounting, as well as flat-rate per-form tax preparation services. Consulting rates are billed by the hour. We customize your fees based on your unique business and self-growth needs. Please use the Contact page to send us a message!

Do you do one-time “clean-up” accounting projects or training of bookkeepers?

Yes! We are happy to help you deal with an accounting crisis, training of a new bookkeeper, and/or cleaning up the odd accounting mess. Rates are hourly.

We also offer a special block of time you can buy for one-time projects or training sessions for a $5/hour discount. Minimum block purchase is 10 hours. Please use the Contact page to send us a message for more details!

What happens if I need to cancel or change a scheduled appointment time?

We understand that life is unpredictable, and plans can change unexpectedly. Our policy reflects this understanding and honors our needs for consistency and integrity in word & deed.

We prefer that you cancel any scheduled appointment 24 hours before your scheduled day/time. If you have an emergency or major issue, please call or email us, and we will waive this requirement.

Once you are a client, any appointment not canceled/rescheduled 24 hours prior will be considered a no-show appointment. We offer a one-time exclusion from our No-Show/No-Call policy. After that, any appointment not canceled 24 hours prior to the scheduled time is subject to a one-hour flat fee of $75 billed directly to your account on file. We reserve the right to cancel our service agreement with anyone after 3 No-Show/No-Call incidents.

The Process: You can save $369 by paying in full for the first year up front.
